At The Culture Exchange, we help organisations build the confidence and practical skills to navigate those moments well.
Our training is led by Principal Training Consultant Shankar Kasynathan, a former Victorian Multicultural Commissioner and Expert Adviser to the Australian Human Rights Commission on anti-racism education, who has spent more than two decades working across human rights, multicultural affairs, local government and community development.

Cultural inclusion isn’t about knowing everything about everyone. It’s about being curious about difference, recognising our assumptions, listening well, and having the confidence to respond when something isn’t right.
We’re now taking bookings for cultural inclusion and anti-racism training with councils, workplaces and community organisations across Australia.
We deliver in person training and also self paced modules too.
